Contact Improv
We will learn the basic principles of Contact Improvisation; a dance technique in which points of physical contact provide a starting point for the exploration of movement through improvisation.

Dancehall
Subversive dance of Jamaican origin that induces connection and enjoyment with one's own body and femininity through pelvic movements and codes of the body as a whole.

Yoga
A gentle workout to deeply stretch, expand and tone the body, while relaxing the mind.
Contemporary Dance
EVERY MONDAY
It is an artistic experience that combines techniques from different dance styles (such as ballet, jazz and modern dance) with elements of improvisation, body expression and movement exploration. This style focuses on freedom of expression and connection with emotions through the body.

Stretch
EVERY MONDAY
Focused on movement; session dedicated to improving flexibility, muscle elongation, and joint mobility. The objective is to prepare the body for wide, dynamic and fluid movements.

Fuerza Corpo-Mental
EVERY MONDAY
It combines physical exercises and mental techniques with the objective of developing both physical strength and mental and emotional strength. It is a tool to connect with the mind, enhancing the balance between the two.

Perreo
Exploration of pelvic and core movements and codes, to the rhythm of music. Perreo training, as a form of self-expression and celebration of your body through the enjoyment of your pelvis and buttocks.
